What are your production times?
We are a small family run company, and all of our products are bespoke, and lovingly made to order in regional Victoria, Australia. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production PLUS delivery/ shipping time for all products (excluding samples). We will endeavour to ship wallpaper samples within 2 weeks of ordering. We may be able to expedite your order, please email us to request a faster turnaround time.
Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.
How will my products be shipped?
Our standard width wallpapers are shipped in a tube or rectangular box via https://auspost.com.au/.
Our decals and smaller wallpapers are either shipped in tubes or rigid mailers via https://auspost.com.au/.
We require your full name, email address, telephone number and shipping address for all orders. No PO boxes for luxe width wallpapers.
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
We pay for insurance via Australia Post and Pack and Send on all standard and luxe sized wallpapers to protect our product and your purchase. As they are insured, these items with likely require a signature on delivery, meaning you will need to be home to receive the delivery. If you are not home, our delivery partners will leave a card, and you will need to liaise with them directly regarding re delivery.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 Australia wide. On orders under $200, we offer a $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Standard post: Please allow up to 10 business days depending on location. For a more information please use the Australia Post delivery time calculator or track your parcel using the link sent to you. Please be aware there are currently postal delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We don't offer an express post option on the website, as we print to order. But please contact us via email if you need your order expedited, we may be able to accomodate your request.
We will post internationally, though we charge freight storewide.
As all countries have different duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to investigate if any duties are payable on overseas orders. Customers from the European Union: you will incur taxes, you will be responsible for these charges, which are determined by your local customs authority. Minnie and Me Interiors is not responsible for any further shipping, insurance or import charges once your item has left us in Melbourne, Australia.
