What are your production times?
We are a small family run company, and all of our products are bespoke, and lovingly made to order in regional Victoria, Australia. Due to a high volume of recent orders, please allow 6-7 weeks for production PLUS delivery/ shipping time for all products (excluding samples). We will endeavour to ship wallpaper samples within 2 weeks of ordering. We are currently unable to expedite your order.
Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.

How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately.
If you have not received any emails from us, the following reasons may apply:
- you have mistyped your email address when placing the order
- your email provider has sorted our email into the junk or spam folder
- your email provider has blocked automated emails from our website host e.g. Hotmail and Live addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchasing. Please contact us via email to discuss.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Why is my wallpaper/decal colour different to the screen?
Please allow for slight variance in colour to what may be displayed on some screens. We suggest always ordering a sample before purchasing your wallpaper, but please note there will be colour variance between samples and large scale wallpapers.
I love your wallpaper and wall decals, but I don’t know how to style them in my home, can you help?
We sure can. We offer a decorating service, but Kristy is also more than happy to assist customers with ideas on how to style their wallpaper, free of charge. Check out our Decorating Services.
Do you engage in collaborations?
We are currently closed for collaborations.
Do you offer trade discounts?
We offer trade discounts for designers, stylists, content creators and associated businesses. Please contact us to apply for your 20% discount. We offer this discount in exchange for promotion and tags on socials. Please send us an email to apply.
Please kindly noted that discount codes (even those sent via our automated email system) and sale codes are NOT valid on: Standard width wallpaper, wallpaper samples, prep coat and wallpaper installation. Standard width wallpaper is priced at everyday low prices, and therefore can not be discounted further.
Do you offer wholesale?
Absolutely! We offer wholesale on our dollhouse wallpapers, wallpaper for hacks and wall decals. Please contact us for more information.

How do I measure for wallpaper?
Measure your wall in centimetres. Measure the width from left to right, at both the top [ceiling] and bottom [floor] (as most walls are not perfectly square). Then measure the height from the ceiling to floor, on both the left and right (include architraves and skirting). Provide us with the largest measurements.
If there is a door or window in the wall you wish to wallpaper, simply pretend that it is not there and measure the whole wall, including the door or window. This ensures that the pattern remains seamless around all the door or windows. On installation, you can simply trim around it using relief cuts. You can use the left-over wallpaper for something fun (e.g. at the back of a wardrobe or shelving). The only time that this instruction may differ; is when the door is on the left or right of the wall and has a small space above it. Send us an email to discuss options if this is the case.
It is important that you accurately measure your wall, as your wallpaper is made to the measurements that you provide us (plus small bleeds to allow for wall warping). We are unable to change your wallpaper once it has been made, so please CHECK and DOUBLE CHECK before ordering.
If you have measured incorrectly, and you require extra wallpaper, please contact us to discuss. Please note that you will be charged if you require extra wallpaper pieces.
When entering your measurements at check out, always allow a little extra, it is better to have excess, which you can trim later.

Please tell me more about your wallpaper…
Our standard width and luxe width wallpapers are custom made/ made to order. Please enter your measurements in centimetres (height x width) at checkout, and we will prepare your wallpaper to your wall size. Your wallpaper will be delivered in drops or panels. We will endeavour to provide you with equal drops. We routinely provide a 1cm overlap on each panel as well as a 5cm overhang on the base and end panel to allow for any inaccuracies in wall shape, and human error in measuring, and to ensure a perfect seamless finish. The excess can be trimmed post application with a sharp Stanley knife. Our wallpaper can be applied around windows and other obstacles e.g. a bulkhead, heater/ air conditioning unit or electrical outlet using relief cuts. One relief cut is required at right angles. Four cuts will be required around rectangular obstacles e.g. electrical outlets. See our installation video for more information.

Standard Width versus Luxe Width Wallpaper... what's the difference?
Benefits of luxe width (up to 120cm):

⁃ less visible joins meaning a luxe finish: luxe width is the BOMB DIGGITY of wallpaper - less joins/seams = better finish/ end result
⁃ less panels to line up meaning a quicker install. There will only be 3 panels on a standard wall - that’s only 2 joins
⁃ printed on phototex
Benefits of standard width (up to 62cm):
⁃ cheaper to purchase, putting our prices in line with our competitors (many of whom don’t even use PhotoTex, but a cheaper inferior product)
⁃ cheaper shipping rates for our international customers
⁃ able to be installed by one person. There will be 6 panels to install on a standard sized wall - that’s 5 joins (even with this product, we wanted to give you the minimum amount of joins possible)
⁃ printed on phototex
Along with x2 widths (luxe and standard), we have also have x3 height ranges available: 0-150cm, 151-250cm and 251-300cm.
How can I use your products?
Check out our blogs for all the awesome ways that you can use our wallpaper and decals. Because you simply PEEL, STICK and SMOOTH, our products can be used for many applications. Not only can you completely transform a wall, you can also “up-cycle” or “hack” a piece of furniture or play kitchen, you can make over a dollhouse or even create a designer cubby house… you are only limited by your imagination. We use the term 'hack' to describe modifying something to give it new life. We love a good hack!

Our wallpapers for hacks always fit the latest Australian version of the Ikea or Kmart products, or as indicated in our product description. There are older versions or international versions, which our wallpapers MAY NOT fit. Here are the latest versions of each product listed, as well as sizes we print to fit. It is the customers responsibly to check these sizes will fit their toy/ furniture before purchasing.

How do I install your products?
For smaller projects: Peel, stick and smooth… simply peel the backing sheet down around 10cm, being careful not to touch the adhesive. Stick it down, then remove the backing sheet while applying/sticking the wallpaper or decal to the wall/ surface. Smooth your clean hand over the wallpaper/decal to push it flat to the wall/ surface. Reposition as needed.

How do I remove your products?
To remove, use your fingernail or blade of a knife to lift the edge of the wallpaper or decal, then peel back slowly.
