What are your production times?

We are a small family run company, and all our products are bespoke, and lovingly made to order (excluding 10cmx10cm samples), so please allow 4 weeks from the date of order to receive your item. Please contact us if you require your product in a shorter time frame, we may be able to accommodate your request.

10cmx10cm samples should arrive within 2 weeks of order, perhaps a little longer for international orders.

Please note that turnaround times may be longer than 4 weeks: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.

How will my products be shipped?

Our wallpaper is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a long rectangular box via https://www.packsend.com.au/ or  https://auspost.com.au/.  Our decals and smaller wallpapers are shipped in tubes via https://auspost.com.au/.

We require your full name, email address, telephone number and shipping address for all orders. No PO boxes for full sized wallpapers.

You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.  Tracking information is not available on 10cmx10cm samples, as they are shipped in a regular envelope.

We pay for insurance via Pack and Send on all full-sized wallpapers to protect our product and your purchase.

However, Minnie and Me Interiors cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. Please visit Australia Post for their delivery Terms & Conditions.

Domestic:

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 Australia wide. On orders under $150, we offer a $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide (excluding 10cmx10cm samples, which incur a $1 shipping fee).

Australia Post:

Standard post: Please allow up to 10 business days depending on location. For a more information please use the Australia Post delivery time calculator. or track your parcel using the link sent to you.

Express post: Next business day delivery* within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.

International:

We will post internationally, though we charge freight storewide. If your country is not included on the shipping list, feel free to email us and we will arrange a shipping quote for you. Contact here.

As all countries have different duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to investigate if any duties are payable on overseas orders.  Customers from the European Union: you will incur taxes, you will be responsible for these charges, which are determined by your local customs authority.  Minnie and Me Interiors is not responsible for any further shipping, insurance or import charges once your item has left us in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Our wallpaper and decals are made to order; therefore, we do not provide returns or exchanges.

Of course, if there is a fault in the fabric or print production, we may provide a replacement, however this is at our discretion.

If you have a concern with your order please contact us as soon as possible after you receive it.

If you are unsure if our wallpaper or wall decals will work in your space, please purchase a sample in the first instance, here. And don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, here.

We are unable to replace products that has been incorrectly installed.  Please read our product information and installations instructions here, before installing your wall  paper or wall decals.

Do you engage in collaborations?

Yes, we collaborate with designers, stylists and social media influencers, but we only offer a limited number of collaborations per year. Please contact us to apply. Please include: your Instagram handle (if applicable), your location, which product you are interested in, and why you’d like to work with us. In exchange for product and shipping, we request high resolution images, at least three posts on social media (tagged and mention in the caption, as well as an installation video in your stories and/or blog). Can I buy a gift voucher?

Definitely! Simply visit our shop to purchase a gift voucher.

What payment options do you offer?

Minnie and Me wallpapers and wall decals are designed for decoration only and are not a toy! Please keep them out of reach of children. Our wallpaper and decals, and their packaging should never be placed within a child’s reach or near where they sleep to avoid a possible choking hazard.

Our products should be installed by an adult. Always supervise children when they are playing with toys that are “hacked” with our products.

Why is my wallpaper/ wall decal a colour different to the screen?

Please allow for slight variance in background colour to what may be displayed on some screens.

Are your wallpapers and wall decals removable?

Yes, they are! They can be applied, removed and reused over and over, as long as you have followed our installation and care instructions. See product information here.

I love your wallpaper and wall decals, but I don’t know how to style it in my home, can you help?

We sure can.  We offer a decorating service, but Kristy is also more than happy to assist customers with ideas on how to style their wallpaper, free of charge. Contact here.

Why choose Minnie and Me Interiors?

We think our wallpapers and wall decals are awesome, but why choose our product over our competitors? Here are lots of reasons…

1/ We only sell wallpaper and wall decals that we would feature in our own homes, our collection isn’t huge (yet!) and we don’t churn out design after design, but that’s because we value quality over quantity.

Kristy hand picks every single wallpaper and wall decal design, and she often design rooms around it first, just to make sure that it is truly amazing…. you’ll notice that we release our wallpapers in actual rooms, many Kristy has designed herself. This is important to us, as we think customers deserve inspiration, to see what their space can really look like, we don’t just advertise our beautiful designs with a photoshopped image that do them no justice, we invest in making them shine.  So, we don’t just manufacture wallpaper, we also have an eye for design, and we can design and style beautiful rooms… we think this sets us apart.  We offer a decorating service, but Kristy is also more than happy to assist customers with ideas on how to style their wallpaper, free of charge.

2/ Dean (Dad) Dad has over 45 years’ experience in the sign industry and Jon (little bro), 18 years. Our production team know their stuff… you’ll get quality every time, and they’re always happy to answer any questions our customers have. Our wallpapers and wall decals are all lovingly printed in country Victoria, Australia.  We use the best quality wallpaper and wall decal low tack, self-adhesive fabric on the market… it’s expensive, but it’s worth it. We love it because: it’s removable, reusable, block out, nontoxic and easy to install.  Our material is also opaque to allow for overlapping and application on dark coloured walls.  Our decals have no borders to also allow for overlapping/ layering.  A word of warning… be careful of imitation brands who may use inferior quality materials and may print off shore… cheaper, doesn’t equal better.  If you’d like more information, don’t hestitate to get in touch.
